Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains the cookies dreamdwellrealty.com uses and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages or visits, such as keeping you logged in or remembering your choices. Similar technologies, such as information kept in your browser's local storage, are covered by this policy too.
Your Choices
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept. Essential cookies are always on, because the website does not work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you turn them on. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website, such as forms and logging in, will stop working.
Essential Cookies
These are always on. They keep the website secure and working, and they do not track you across other websites.
- botble_session: keeps your visit together as you move between pages, including your currency choice and whether you are logged in. Lasts 2 hours after your last visit.
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects our forms from being submitted by other websites on your behalf. Lasts 2 hours.
- cookie_for_consent: remembers which cookies you accepted, so we do not ask on every page. Lasts 12 months.
- remember_…: only set if you log in and tick "Remember me", to keep you logged in. Lasts about a year, or until you log out.
Feature Cookies
These are only set when you use the feature they belong to.
- wishlist and project_wishlist: remember the properties and projects you save to your wishlist on this device. Last 12 months, or until you remove them.
Analytics Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies at the moment. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, its cookies (for example _ga) will only be set if you accept analytics cookies, and we will list them here.
Marketing Cookies
We do not use marketing cookies at the moment. If we advertise with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, their cookies (for example _fbp and _fbc from Meta) will only be set if you accept marketing cookies. They help the platform tell us whether our ads led to an enquiry. We will list them here when we start.
Other Services on Our Pages
- Google Maps. The maps on property pages are loaded from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you view one. See Google's privacy policy.
- Emails from us. Emails we send through Klaviyo may record whether they were opened and which links were clicked. This happens in the email, not through cookies on this website.
Changes and Questions
We will update this page when the cookies we use change, and change the date at the top. Questions: info@dreamdwellrealty.com or (868) 382-0366.
